Recruitment process
Step 1
Application submitted
We always read through all the applications that is submitted to us. We strive to keep the response times short and we will get back to you regardless of whether your application is relevant to us or not.
Step 2
Interview 1
If we find your application relevant, you will proceed to an initial interview with our recruitment team. We ask questions about you as a person and your experiences, and we tell you more about DVel.
Step 3
Programming test
In some cases, when we request specific programming knowledge, you will have to take a programming test. The test is done via an external system called Kattis. The purpose of the test is to give us an indication of your programming level.
Step 4
Interview 2
As a third step, we take a second interview where we go into more details about your technical experience and try to understand your level of competence. If you did the programming test, we might ask you some questions about it.
Step 5
Personality test and interview
As a fifth step, you will conduct an in-depth interview with our external HR partner. You conduct a personality test which you discuss during the interview. The purpose of the interview and the test is to see how well our values match.
Step 6
Agreement, terms and salary model
As a final step, we go through our agreement, our terms and conditions and what our salary model looks like.
About DVel
DVel was founded in 2012 by Riki Virc, Martin Peeker and Karin Hellqvist and the business started in the new year 2013. We grew out of a willingness to create a company with extremely knowledgeable consultants, giving the market a stable and skilled supplier of test and measurement systems.
Co-workers have been the focus from the outset, and we want everyone to feel satisfaction and added value by working for DVel.
We grew quickly from the start. Many highly experienced specialists joined us and shared their ideas about how they wanted DVel to be formed. We worked with our personal networks and built up a customer base that quickly gained confidence in our skills.
During spring 2013 we moved into premises along the canal in Malmö. After one year, we had grown to 8 people and became the leading LabVIEW experts of the Öresund region. Five years later, in spring 2018 we moved to the premises we have today at Ideon in Lund.
